1. Scope

Douyin2YT is an internal tool for the owner's sole use. It does not provide any service, account, or API to the public. Access to this page does not grant any right to use the tool.

2. User Responsibilities

• The user must own or be legally authorized to use all uploaded content, and must not infringe copyright, likeness, trademark, or other third-party rights.
• The user must comply with applicable law and with the terms of service and community guidelines of both Douyin and YouTube.
• The tool must not be used to bypass platform authentication, CAPTCHAs, risk controls, or paywalls.

3. Disclaimer

The tool is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. The user bears all consequences of use, including account penalties, content removal, quota exhaustion, or data loss.

4. Third-Party Platforms

The tool calls the YouTube Data API v3 by Google LLC and is subject to the YouTube API Services Terms of Service. Access to Douyin is subject to Douyin's platform rules.
